Chocolate Covered Cherry Bark.

Wow!! That is a mouth full.
Try saying that 3 times fast.
I came up with this (which I am sure this has been done before)because of two reasons.
One, I saw some great Chocolate
Red Hot  bark, made by
that looked unbelievable.
Two, because  the first Valentine's Day  K and I spent together he gave me Chocolate Covered Cherries in this beautiful blue Cloth, Heart Shaped box.  Now it is 20 years later and I was going to return the gift..

First you get your ingredients.
 Dried Cherries and Semisweet chocolate
or the chocolate of you choice.
I was given these cello bags for free  and the ribbon was $1.97

Melt your chocolate in a double boiler.

Once it is melted  take the chocolate off the heat and add your Cherries.

Put on  Parchment Paper.  Let cool,
then  break apart and eat.

Oh Look, Mr. Snowman wants to say "Hello!!" in his Cute English Accent.

I put mine in  Cello and Tied with Ribbon.
I think I  tasted too many pieces when no one was looking .
It is good for you, right?
Night Everyone!!!
I am dragging my tired bones to bed.

Enjoy!
