Sometimes you have to think outside the box and that is exactly what I did with this tee shirt project. This Halter is just a tee shirt turned upside down.
The bottom hem is used as the tied straps at the top.
It works best with a more fitted Tee. This particular shirt is a girls XL( 14/16) which has a more fitted shape compared to the men's and it was only 3$. I will link where I purchased the shirt down below.
I hope you all have a Beautiful Day.

Cut a straight line right under the arms.
- Flip the shirt so the bottom hem of the shirt is at the top
- Fold the shirt in half.
- Cut right below the hem leaving about 2 inches from the middle.
- Unfold the shirt and cut the straps in the middle.
- Tie the straps in a bow or a knot.
