Birds, Bunnies, and Bugs

Not my normal post, but hey I like going way off base.  I was dusting( YUCK) and I happened to notice that I have a little bit of a thing for Birds, Bunnies and Bugs.  I never noticed it before.  Why am I attracted to these things?  Well I guess that is like asking me why am I attracted to my husband. It is because they make me feel all warm and tingly inside. Isn't that what you want to surround yourself with  in life, things that make you feel good inside no matter how weird they are. That goes for both my collection and my significant other. Life stays interesting that way. I just thought I would document my little find, and share them with you.

My daughter and I came across this awesome Boy Scout Shirt at the Army, Navy Store.   The Owner said it was not for sale but we convinced him that we had to have.    OK OK, so officially it is H's shirt, but I borrowed it for today.;) Shhh don't tell....

Sky Blue and Brown

Wow!, the weather here has been absolutely beautiful. The breeze is steady and the temperature a wonderful 79 degrees. I acquired this dress about 3 years ago, and I believe I bought it for $40.00 on sale at Dillard's. I love the geometric pattern, and the colors, Sky Blue and Brown. It is kind of 60's meets future, and I love that too.

It is also very Girly, and I adore Girly.

 E gave me these beautiful wood bangles, such a great accessory  for spring, I threw in 3 very dainty gold bangles and shell earrings .
