The 12 Days of Christmas Crafting: Day 4, Felt, Holly Garland

We are on Day 4 of The 12 Days of Christmas Crafting
Today we make Felt Holly Garland.

Today's DIY is a cute little Holly Garland that was created because I needed a new Garland for my mantel, and I wanted it to be light and airy. This was a Simple, inexpensive and quick DIY, and everyone knows I love quick and easy. I wanted to do crafts that take up as little time as possible  and give you lots of bang for your buck.
Are you Struggling with a Garland this season?,
Make your very own.
I also made a Video, Link at the end.

Things You Need

  • Felt Red and Green
  • Scissors
  • Pen or Pencil
  • Jute
  • Glue Gun
  • Cotton Thread Green
  • Needle

  • Cut a piece of Jute 6 feet long.
  • Tie a slip knot on both ends
  • Dab a small amount of hot Glue on the knot to secure it.

  •  Draw or find a template for a Holly Leaf
  • Trace and cut out about 50 leaves.

  •  Cut out about 15-20 Little Circles out of the Red Felt

  •  With the cotton thread and needle, sew the leaves directly to the jute.
  • Clustering about three leaves together .

  •  Hot glue a little red berry to each cluster.
  • The berry will conceal the thread

And that's it!
This took me about one hour to make.
I did it watching One of my Favorite Christmas movies
Christmas in Connecticut.

Love to you all
