Need some Neon!
These bracelets are Super easy, quick and fun to make.
Tutorial
Things You Need
- Neon, Nylon Rope
- Scissors
- Lighter
Cut your rope about 14 to 16 inches long
make a circle with your rope and tie a slip knot around one side.
Measure the width of the widest part of your hand, tighten the rope, then tie a second knot about an inch from the first knot.
Cut and burn the knot, careful not to burn your fingers.
Please have parents supervise this part.
