When in Doubt Wear Red.

 Sweater~Target, Skirt ~Marshals, Jewelry~ my Creations, Shoes~ Jessica Simpson
This was a really quick photo session. Forgive, no makeup.
I had literately 5 minutes to shoot  this.
I went to my closest to find some shoes and for a brief second I was in a quandary.
Then I remembered  the Bill Blass quote
 "When in doubt wear Red."
I believe it is always  good to listen to the experts.

Sparkle Your Shirt. DIY

Put a little Sparkle on a plain top.
Why?
Well, because don't you love just a little glimmer.
So easy to do with some help from Plaid Iron on Sequins.
Seriously, I did this in 5 minutes.
I purchased this top from Charlotte  Russe for $10.00, on sale,
and dressed it up with a little Sequin trim from Plaid.
Why I have never seen this amazing product before, is beyond me.
Talk about easy.
Plus Plaid.com has such a great site for ideas, crafting and tutorials.
I was on there for hours, getting great ideas for Spring.

OK,
Now  let's  sparkle something.

Tutorial
Things you need

  1. Iron On Sequins From Plaid
  2. Shirt,  you want to spice up.
  3. Iron

  1. Set your iron on low~ without steam~ or better yet empty the water out of your iron.
  2. Figure out what you what to trim with the sequins.
  3. I laid the the sequins down , and ironed in 3 inch sections, all the way around the collar.

A super easy and fast way to spice a shirt.
Now what to wear it with.
mmmm?;)

These  Fantastic, Iron on sequins can be found on Plaid.com,
along with lots of other fun stuff to craft with.

In fact, Plaid has sent me lots of things to try for the first time,

Sunday With Sailor Sam. The Crazy Week

I hope all of you have had a wonderful week.

Let's all go see what Sam has been up to.

Monday, while we were walking outside, we found these beautiful Amaryllis.
Sailor Sam just had to have his picture taken with them.

Tuesday, Sailor Sam was caught drinking all of my coke!
 "Sailor Sam!."

Wednesday, we met some of Sailor Sam's other Lego Friends.
Nurse Naomi, Darcy the London Guard, Max and his bear Pooky, and Dr Pepper.
They stood around for hours, just talking shop!

Thursday, Sailor Sam was listening to a little Guns and Roses on the way to the doctor.

When we got to the Doctor,  Nurse Naomi told Sailor Sam he had to get a vaccine.
Sam was really tough and he didn't cry.

When we  returned home, I gave Sailor Sam a Doughnut to make him feel better.

and  he also drank a glass of Florida's Natural orange juice, which made me feel better.

Friday, I took Sailor Sam to the beach and I let him surf.
"Look Sailor Sam a Sea Turtle!!"
 Hang Ten Sailor Sam!

He had Such a great Day.

Saturday, Sailor Sam asked me if  his friend Max, could Spend the night.
"Sure, Sailor Sam." I told him.

They ate lots of junk food, like Twizzlers

 And M&M's.

They watched,  Star Wars with Pooky.

A little later, when I  came in to check on them, I discovered that they had fallen fast asleep.
" Good Night Sailor Sam, Max and Pooky." I wispered.
"See you in the morning."
