Glitter and Heart, Skull Sweatshirt, DIY

More fun with Hearts, this time in a off the shoulder skull sweatshirt.

 Tutorial
Things you need.
  1. Large Women's  Hanes Sweatshirt *I bought mine at Wal-Mart
  2. Scissors
  3. Tulip Gold Fabric Paint * Michaels
  4. Fabric Mod Podge      Plaid *not shown
  5. Brush
  6. Chalk
  7. Skull Template
  8. Martha Stewart's fine glitter in smoky quartz

First draw or print out a skull template.  I drew mine.

 Cut off the collar.

Trace the skull with chalk.

Paint with your gold fabric paint

Then with your fabric Mod Podge, paint over top of the gold paint,
and cover with glitter, let dry about 3 hours.
Then repeat the glue/ glitter process again.
You can also put one final coat of  Fabric Glue on top of the glitter to seal it.
Let Dry at least 48 hours before you wash it.
Then wash in cold water and hang dry.

Now you can wear your fun new sweatshirt.
Have a fantastic Friday.
Lots of <3,
Anne
