4 Spider: DIY's

I just wanted to touch base with all of you. For those of you that follow me on Snapchat or instagram you already know that I injured my hip about two weeks ago.  I was on my way to recovery and thought I was healing nicely when  I woke up one morning to a re-injury. (super painful) The pain really feels more like you want to throw up, a dull ache that nothing will touch.  I started over in my recovery process and was given several suggestions on what to do to help heal it. KT Tape being one of them,  *Thank you Serene.*  It was just what I needed. The tape gave my injury support and helped with blood flow. It has been one week and I still can feel my hip muscle but its not as debilitating as before.  I am also still walking everyday just not the 5 miles, more like 3.5 or 4 and I am taking it easy, babying it. Hopefully I  will be back to normal very soon. I wonder if a massage would help. I have a couple of days off this week maybe I will make an appointment.
I will keep you all posted on the progress and if anyone has had a hip injury, I would love to hear some methods you used for healing. Ok now to the DIY's

Over the last couple of years I have been kind of obsessed with spider DIY's for Halloween. There is just something about those cute little creatures. Here are 4 Quick and easy Spider DIY's

Weaved Back Tank, DIY

I always have ideas running around in my head on how to change up my tee-shirts. I guess this comes from me not wanting to wear the same shirt everyday.
This was an idea had about two months ago and it turned out exactly how I saw it in my head. Although this shirt does look difficult to make, it really isn't,  just a little sewing involved .
Slowly but surely I am getting back to regular posting.  It's been quite the year.
