Easy and Quick Scarf out of a Tee,DIY.

This is a great project to do with Teens and Children.
Make your own scarf using one of your old tee shirts.
They could decorate it any way they wanted and give it as a gift for Christmas.
Super Easy and only take about 30 minutes.

Tutorial
Things you need.
  1.  Shirt
  2. Scissors
  3. Tulip Fabric paint
  4. Tulip iron on Glitter Paper( Optional)
Cut along the bottom of your shirt about 7 or 8 inches wide.
cut open one end to make one long scarf.
Cut off the hem of the shirt
at the ends of your scarf cut strips about 4 to 5 inches long.
Stretch them out and it makes a  nice little fringe.
I took some Tulip Gold Fabric paint and painted the ends of my fringe.

I also added some gold stripes using the Tulip Glitter transfer paper. Completely optional.
Use your imagination and create that special scarf for a friend or a relative.
A great inexpensive way to gift something that has that special touch.
