Quick and easy way to change a white shirt.

Paint on collar tips in a neon color.

Things You Need.

 Tape off your collar tips

Spray your neon pink paint on and blot with a paper towel,

let dry for about 30 minutes and then repeat.

Let dry for 24 hours.

Super Easy...

And you could do any color.
