Chocolate, Coconut Fat Bombs.


 I am always looking for yummy, quick treats to eat. I also want to know those yummy treats are good for my body and mind. I found a basic Fat bomb Recipe and changed a few things to match what I want. including adding MCT oil and a little organic coconut. These little yummy morsels of total goodness are packed with healthy fats, Pea Protein,, Nuts and Pure cocoa, nothing artificial and you know exactly whats in them.  What could bring a better peace of mind than that?
 Not only are they delicious they are extremely easy to make.
 OK that's enough typing, lets get to it so you can have these little bites of goodness waiting for you in the fridge.




 Chocolate, Coconut 
 Fat Bombs

1 cup of coconut oil
1 cup of almond butter
1 Tb of MCT oil

1/2 cup of coconut flour
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1 cup of organic shredded coconut
Divide the coconut in half
1/2 for the mixture
 1/2 for the coating
1 heaping Tb of pea protein

Toppings
I/2 cup of crushed nuts of your choice
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup of cocoa powder

Melt the almond butter and coconut oil on very low heat in a sauce pan.
When melted add the MCT oil.
Poor into a bowl

Add coconut flour
Cocoa powder
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
And pea protein
to the melted mixture.   Mix well.

Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes
or until firm.

Using a spoon scoop out
and form into 1 inch balls. 
Roll in your favorite topping

Place in a container and
keep them in the fridge.
Or they will melt.


Yields about 20.
About 155 calories each






  • 1 Cup of coconut oil
  • 1 Cup of almond butter
  • 1 Tb of MCT oil




  •  1/2 cup of coconut flour.
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder.
  • 1 cup of organic shredded coconut.
  • Divide the coconut in half.
  • 1/2 for the mixture 1/2 for the coating.
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of pea protein.


This Pea Protein I used 




  •  Over a Low Heat, Melt Almond butter and coconut oil in a small sauce pan




  • When melted add the MCT oil.
  • Poor into a bowl 

  •  Add coconut flour
  • Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
  • And pea protein
  •  Mix Well
  • Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.




  •  When the mixture is  chilled enough,  scoop out about a 1 inch amount into your hand  roll into a ball.
  • Roll in your favorite topping






Store in a container, keep in the fridge.
